To link your Garmin or Strava account with RunDNA, click on your name in the upper right corner of the RunDNA web portal, and select Integrations. Then use the Garmin or Strava button to connect your account with RunDNA. This will allow Garmin or Strava to send your activities to RunDNA, where they will show on your RunDNA calendar as Synced Workouts (more information here)
** NOTE ** When you connect your Strava account to RunDNA, we are only able to pull in Strava workouts that occur after you connect your account. In addition, please allow 20 minutes for Strava workouts to be synced to RunDNA after each workout is added to Strava.
If you have already connected your Garmin account with RunDNA, and now want to turn on the Training permission so that RunDNA can also send your Garmin-compatible scheduled workouts to Garmin, go to your Account Information page on the Garmin Connect website and toggle on the "Training" permission for RunDNA web portal. Or from the Garmin Connect app, click on More -> Settings -> Connected Apps -> RunDNA Portal and toggle on the "Training" permission.
