When receiving the error "1/3" or "2/3 cameras found" when launching the RunDNA software, follow the below steps.
- If the Error reads "Only 1/3 cameras found" or "Only 2/3 cameras found", complete the following steps
- Close the RunDNA Software
- Check the USB Hub at the back of the camera bar for any loose USB cords
- Relaunch the RunDNA Software to check if the error has been resolved
- If the error proceeds, close the software again, unplug and re plug in the USB at the cable to computer interface
- Ensure that the USB camera cable and green dongle file are plugged into opposite sides of the laptop device (USB hub extenders are not recommended)
- Relaunch the RunDNA Software
