If your coach has put a Garmin-compatible workout on your calendar (and you have turned on the Garmin Training permission), your scheduled Garmin-compatible workouts for the next 7 days will automatically be sent to your Garmin Connect account. Please allow up to 15 minutes for workouts scheduled in RunDNA to be sent to Garmin Connect.
Go to My Profile in RunDNA to enter your Max Heart Rate and Cycling FTP values to have customized Heart Rate Zone and Power Zone values included when viewing your workout in RunDNA (when assigned workout uses Zones to specify intensity)
** Please do not delete RunDNA workouts or schedules directly from Garmin Connect. Please make changes in RunDNA and those changes will be sent to Garmin Connect.
You will know the workout has been sent to Garmin when you view the workout details from the calendar and see a checkmark with a circle:
If the workout hasn't been uploaded yet (it can take up to 15 minutes after being added) and you want to upload it immediately, you will see a blue upload to cloud icon that you can click to upload it immediately:
If you don't see either of those icons circled in red above, that means the workout assigned to you is not a Garmin-compatible workout and cannot be sent to your Garmin Connect.
