In the event that you open your RunDNA software and do not have the option to select the "Live" icon to access camera view (Live icon greyed out)
- Ensure that the cameras are plugged in BEFORE launching the software program. If required, close the software program, ensure cameras are plugged in, then re open software in that order.
- Unplug and re plug in the USB at the cable to computer interface.
- Ensure that the USB camera cable and green dongle file are plugged into opposite sides of the laptop device (USB hub extenders are not recommended)
- Looking at the back of the camera bar, ensure all USB ports at the hub are securely fastened.
If these initial steps are not successful, it is likely that the number of cameras is set to 0. To rectify this, complete the following:
- Navigate to the "Configuration" tab in the top toolbar
- Select the "Options" icon in the toolbar
- Select the "+" next to the "Camera" option to expand all the available settings
- Select the "Number of cameras" option
- Ensure that the "Option value" on the right is equal to "3"
- Select "OK" at the bottom of the "Options dialog" window
- Relaunch the RunDNA Software
