When receiving the Error H0007 - "Sentinel Key Not Found" shown below during software launch, the software is unable to locate the license file.
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
1) Close the RunDNA Software
2) Ensure the Green USB Dongle is inserted directly into the laptop through a USB port.
2.1) The Dongle must be inserted prior to launching the RunDNA Software
2.2) The Green USB Dongle is found inside the Marker Box shipped with the Helix 3D unit
3) Launch the RunDNA Software by selecting the RunDNA Icon on the desktop
NOTE: The Green USB Dongle is required to be connected to the computer whenever the RunDNA software is being utilized.
