When receiving the error message "Sentinel LDK Protection System - Unknown error (H0042)" during software launch, it is typically caused by corrupted drivers for the USB security dongle. To resolve this, follow the steps below:
1) Download the following executable: HaspDriverFixer_v0.2.1
2) Run the executable on your computer. This will reinstall the drivers for the USB security dongle
3) Once the installation is complete, try accessing the RunDNA software again
