When launching the software, the note below the RunDNA logo may read "Configuration key file not valid." as shown below.
When receiving this message, once the RunDNA Software launches, you will then have the options below.
Please follow the steps below to determine the cause of the error:
1) Ensure that WIFI access is set up and active on the device running the RunDNA Software
1.1) If you were disconnected from WiFi, close and re-launch to software to check if that resolved
the issue.
2) If the error persists, select the first option "Try to Download a new license from the server"
2.1.) If "Cannot Find the Server" message received, please Submit a Ticket
